Aurigene was scaling its SaaS vertical with Aurigene.AI, while also repositioning its broader R&D services. The mandate: build go-to-market clarity, modernize brand presence, and drive visibility across digital channels.

GTM Design


• Co-built the route-to-market strategy for Aurigene.AI — across standalone SaaS and    integrated R&D delivery.

• Defined positioning and messaging frameworks tailored for pharma CXOs, biotech    founders, and internal R&D heads.


Website UI/UX Overhaul


• Led UX redesign of Aurigene’s corporate website — restructuring site architecture,    navigation logic, and content hierarchy to align with buyer journeys.

•  Translated a highly scientific product suite into a clear, intuitive digital experience.


Content & Comms Engine


•  Managed end-to-end LinkedIn content strategy — increasing share of voice across     key verticals.

•  Designed the company’s first branded email campaigns — with structured flows     across lead types.

•  Designed and hosted a recurring expert-led Live series to decode marketing trends     across India, UAE, and UK.

• Embedded Xtale’s behavioral insights into narratives that felt immediate, not     theoretical.

•   Positioned every Live episode as proof of insight + taste, not just awareness.

•  Shifted tone away from “personal branding” to “team-led perspective” — making     the agency, not the individual, the magnet.
