Client Context

edept, an early-stage edtech startup, wanted to scale its higher education partnerships by amplifying marketing for partner institutes, in its run up to $1M funding milestone.

My role was to lead campaign execution for student acquisition across digital channels.

Approach & Execution

Email Drip Campaigns

• Built conversion-focused email journeys for partner colleges (Ramaiah Institute of     Management and Rishihood University).

• Each campaign was tailored to highlight institute-specific advantages like alumni     success, program strength, and placement stats.

WhatsApp & SMS Funnels

• Designed short-format nudges optimized for responsiveness — mapped to key stages in    the admission journey (interest, application, follow-up).

Content Strategy (Instagram)

• Structured Edept’s Instagram content pillars and calendar to improve engagement    and credibility with students and partner institutions.

Brand Strategy (Support)

• Assisted in defining Edept’s brand posture for prospective academic clients and    students.

Impact

This marketing engine supported edept’s rapid expansion into institutional partnerships — aligning with its $1M funding milestone and a period of scaled outreach.
